The band competed in the Area round in Laredo after placing in their division at Pigskin.
After Pigskin, leaders were motivated by their teams.
“I led my section. They motivated me by telling me that they wanted to be better. It motivated me to practice,” senior Jonah Guerrero said. “This one big performance was something that I’ll never forget.”
Not only did the seniors cherish this competition, but the band members were also happy with their performance.
“I think we did our best, and we put our heart and soul into everything that we did,” junior Mia Rose Robledo said. “ We’re happy.”
