“Touchdown!” was heard May 17 at the Richard R. Flores stadium as each grade level competed in the Powderpuff game. The freshman took a win against the sophomores, but the seniors managed to keep their winning streak.

“Sitting in the bleachers watching the freshman vs. sophomore game, I could already tell the freshman had it in the bag,” senior Brianna Sanchez, said.

The freshman have the opportunity to change the way others see girls playing sports.

“I am really proud of the hard work some of these freshman are placing towards the foundation of the Lady Bobcat athletic program,” Girls Athletic Coordinator, JD Salinas, said.

As we say goodbye to the class of 2018 and end the year off with a win, we also say hello to summer.
