On December 8, the dance classes, Folklorico, and the N-motion Dance Company participated in the annual Winter Dance Recital.

“My favorite part was that everyone in dance was together for this recital. We all practiced to make the best out of our show,” junior Sarah Cruz said.

They performed about twenty dances including Swing, Novelty, Jazz, Lyrical, and Christmas ones.

“Without a doubt one of the most challenging dances performed was our project dance. We had to choreograph everything ourselves and everyone had to contribute to the dance,” junior Jazmin Costilla said.

Despite the challenges, the dancers enjoyed their recital.  

“I have loved every dance recital we have had; they just get better every year,” junior Brianna Almazan said.

The next upcoming show is their Spring Show that will take place in April.
