On Tuesday January 8, the Junior Varsity Light soccer team won against La Joya Palmview, 4-0, beginning their district season.  

“ It’s always challenging when playing against any team but we were lucky enough to score a few goals to get the win, ” Coach Serrano said.

Although it was a challenging game, the boys worked together for the win.

“ I enjoy being on the field, and I also like how the team came together to win the game,” junior Marcelo Solis said.  

Not only was the team united to win the game, so were the fans.

“The highlight of the game for me had to been hearing the fans cheering us on for scoring the the goal,” junior Oscar Armendaris said.
